The house is located in a residential neighborhood, just around the corner from one of the city's most refined winery, Bodega Escorihuela Gascon. Inside the winery, you can enjoy the Michelin prized restaurant '1884' of famous argentinian chef Francis Mallmann. The house has ample parking space for two vehicles on the interior esplanade, in addition to a double space on the sidewalk, ideal for large groups with its own transportation to the wineries. It is a recognized and safe area due to its proximity to the city's main hospital. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure.
