Each unit has capacity for 4 people and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable. Is 40 square meters in size and has a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare your meals. There is also a comfortable sofa bed and air conditioning is available to keep you cool during hot days. The single beds are adaptable to double beds so you can sleep comfortably. In addition, you can enjoy high-speed internet throughout the building.. Our building is conveniently located near popular places like San Telmo, Puerto Madero and other places of historical interest, such as Café Tortoni and Casa Rosada, just a 10-minute walk away. Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests) Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
