Welcome to our fabulous house in the most diverse neighborhood in the city! With 200 m2 covered and 120 m2 patio and terrace, our home is the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. Our house has 5 bedrooms and 5 sofa beds, which means it can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. In addition, it has 3.5 full bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook your favorite meals. In our garden, you will find a swimming pool and a grill, perfect for enjoying a relaxing day in the sun and for organizing barbecues with friends and family. Of course, during the cold season, the pool will be closed. The house also has air conditioning in all rooms, a separate laundry room, and high-speed internet connection so you can work or enjoy your favorite shows online. Please note that the house is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. We have also installed security cameras at the entrance for your peace of mind.
