Our loft is located in the best neighborhood for tourists, recognized for its excellent cuisine and its wide variety of bars and discos. Just a few meters from the subway station "Palermo" and "Plaza Italia", you can easily access any point of the city. This loft has a bedroom, a full bathroom, a toilet, an independent kitchen and a washing machine. In addition, all rooms have hot/cold air conditioning and we offer high-speed internet so you can always be connected. There are also two single sofa beds available to accommodate additional guests. We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms. Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
