There are 6 amazingly spaceful bedrooms with twin beds that can adapt into queen beds easily upon your request. The house accomodates 14 very comfortable guests. The kitchen is also prepared to recieve large groups. And best of it all, the terrace offers a minipool to enjoy in summers. There are 2 bathrooms very conviniently displayed along the house. The location is perfect, stright in th epicenter of Palermo Soho, well known for its restaurants and bars, and a vivid nightlife. The proeprty is located on a first floor accesible by a very wide staircase.

We have a brand new app called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit by this channel. The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests) Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
