Welcome to our two excellent lofts in the new Madero Urbano building, near the famous docks of Puerto Madero! Each of our two units, are located next to each other, measuring 45m2 each, have capacity for three people and have a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, single beds that can be converted to a double bed, sofa bed, internet high speed and balcony to enjoy the views of the city. In the Madero Urbano building, our guests can also enjoy the heated pool, gym, 24-hour security and sauna. In addition, it has parking for an additional cost of USD 20 per day. Our lofts are located a short distance from popular places such as San Telmo, the Bridge of Women and other places of historical interest such as Plaza de Mayo, Café Tortoni and Casa Rosada (10/15 minutes). Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests) Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Puerto Madero offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property. For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through Fliphaus, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.
