We request an ID photo or passport to coordinate check-in.

A security deposit is requested to cover potential damages, we will also request another extra security deposit for those guests traveling with pets.

No parties or disturbing noises are allowed. Fines will be applied and the remaining days of any reservation that does not respect these rules will be canceled.

Additional guests are not allowed to those of the reservation. If you want to receive guests, you can add them as guests without exceeding the maximum capacity of the accommodation.

Please note that check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.
This may vary depending on the availability of the reservations of the days before and after.

If you arrive before 3pm, we can store your luggage between 11am and 3pm until the apartment is cleaned.

If you need us to store your luggage after check-out, we can do it between 10am and 1.30pm

Important: In case you want to enter early or leave later, you can pay an extra half day and stay as long as you want (depending on availability).
