Parties or annoying noises are not allowed, visits and social gatherings of all kinds are prohibited. Fines will be applied and the remaining day of any reservation that doesn´t respect these rules, will be canceled.

Please note that the time of check-in is at 2 pm and the time of check out at 11am.
This may change depending on the availability of the reservations.

If you arrive before 3 pm, we can store your luggage between 11 am and 2 pm. Until the apartment is clean.

If you need us to store your luggage after Check-Out, we can do it between 11 am and 13.00 pm

Important: In case you want to enter early or leave later, you can pay half an extra day and stay as much as you want (According to Availability).

We request ID or passport photo to coordinate check-in.
