Parties or annoying noises are not allowed, visits and social gatherings of all kinds are prohibited. Fines will be applied and the remaining day of any reservation that doesn´t respect these rules will be canceled.

Please note that the time of check-in is at 3 pm and the time of check out at 10 am.
This may change depending on the availability of the reservations.

If you arrive before 3 pm, we can store your luggage between 10 am and 3 pm. Until the apartment is clean.

If you need us to store your luggage after Check-Out, we can do it between 10 am and 13.30 pm

Important: In case you want to enter early or leave later, you can pay half an extra day and stay as much as you want (According to Availability).
