Welcome to our spacious 65 m2 apartment! It is the perfect place for families or large groups who wish to enjoy an excellent location in the city. We are meters away from the most beautiful parks and major tourist attractions in the city, including the famous Floralis Generica, the Faculty of Law, the Recoleta Cemetery, Plaza Francia, the National Library and the Recoleta Mall. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, a complete bathroom and an additional toilet for greater comfort. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. In addition, we have air conditioning in all rooms for your comfort during your stay. If you are visiting during the winter months, our underfloor heating system will keep the apartment warm and cozy. Our apartment also has a storage space and a separate laundry room for your convenience. In addition, there is a single sofa bed to accommodate an additional guest. The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests) Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Recoleta offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property. For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through Fliphaus, take a taxi, or rent a car.
